- Walk-In Availability: Our friendly staff will greet you and get your details. Note that, in order to provide the best possible service and reduce your wait time, we recommend you call us in advance. However it is not mandatory.
- Assessment: Our medical team assesses your condition immediately to determine the urgency and the best course of treatment.
- Treatment: From minor injuries and infections to allergic reactions and dehydration, we provide prompt and effective care to get you back on your feet.
- Clear Communication: A doctor will explain your diagnosis, treatment options, and aftercare instructions in simple terms – no confusing medical jargon.
- Follow-Up Care: If your condition requires monitoring or referral to a specialist, we coordinate your next steps to ensure continuity of care. We have a great team of specialists at our Nerja clinic.
